 This program is your pathway to a meaningful career in the community services sector, equipping you with real-world skills, industry knowledge, and the confidence to step straight into employment. 

You’ll gain hands-on training in: 

•  Industry systems and reporting standards,  
• Capacity building and professional communication, 
•  First Aid, NDIS Orientation Module and, More!                                                                                                        

To be job-ready, participants will also need the ability or willingness to complete:  

• National Police Check 
• Working with Children Check 
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.  

By the end, you’ll stand out as an employable support professional, having gained employment in the industry.

Participants will complete:

• LLN (Language, Literacy & Numeracy) assessment
• Group activities
• Working With Children Check, Police Check and NDIS Worker Check processing
