About the Role
Making Footprints is seeking passionate and resilient Support Workers to join our team. You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS participants with diverse and complex needs.
What We’re Looking For
- Energetic, reliable, and emotionally resilient individuals
- Experience (preferred) in disability, mental health, or community services
- Ability to manage or de-escalate challenging behaviours
- Commitment to professional boundaries and ethical practice
- Flexibility to work across mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children Check
- First Aid & CPR
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Orientation Module
- Certificate III/IV + in Individual Support, Community Services, or Mental Health (desirable)
